About Walden Hollow Enterprises Walden Hollow Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Dede Fay. The company is named for our location in a picturesque canyon near Granby, Colorado. Dede Fay has worked in the tourism industry for over 21 years with extensive experience in management, sales, marketing and media relations. Dede has worked with tour operators, groups, media, history/heritage associations, travel agents, call centers, the Colorado Tourism Office (CTO), the Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE), Tour Colorado, Destination Colorado and many other tourism related entities.
